puppy adoption

Aww, look at his face! Virgo is an unexpected mix of Australian Shepherd and Bulldog and the result is pure cuteness.

Virgo is a unique blend of Australian Shepherd and Bulldog! Won’t you help this puppy have a wonderful life in a forever home?

This sweet puppy was brought to the shelter with his five siblings, all named after astrological signs. Virgo and his litter mates were rescued from another shelter and brought to Magnificent Mutts. He has a gorgeous short tan coat with adorable white markings on his nose and chest. After adoption Virgo will be neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, tested for heart worms, and dewormed if necessary. As Virgo is a puppy, he is not house-trained, but that is easily remedied!

About the Adoption Group

Magnificent Mutts is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, volunteer-run organization founded in 2001 and based in Hillside, Illinois. Founder Linda Latelle longed for many pets as a child, but her parents told her she had to wait until she had her own house – then she could have as many pets as she wanted! Linda took this to heart and created Magnificent Mutts to provide sanctuary and healthcare to companion animals in need. The group takes in homeless and surrendered cats and dogs along with rescued from other local shelters.

cat adoption

Renzo is a fantastic, inquiring kitty who needs a forever home.

Renzo is a captivating cat who has been through a lot in his short life. Are you looking for a curious feline companion? Renzo is the kitty for you.

Only ten weeks old, this ginger-furred feline had a rough beginning. Renzo survived and is a handsome young kitten now! His shelter dubbed him “the Sherlock Holmes of kittens” for his inquiring nature. Renzo is very well-mannered and gets along with his own kind as well as canines and kids. He is currently fully vaccinated and house-trained. Upon adoption Renzo will be neutered in addition to being tested for heart worms and dewormed if necessary.

Pucci, a Boston Terrier mix

Pucci is a lovable couch potato - take him home today!

Pucci is a seven-year-old couch potato who just needs some loving! He’s well-adjusted with a loving temperament – will you take him into your home?

Pucci, a male Boston Terrier mix, is completely house- and crate-broken. He also knows basic training like “sit,” “come,” and “up.” Pucci needs eye drops every day in one of his eyes, but is in good health! Pucci likes to think he’s a lapdog, even though he’s a slim 22 lbs. He could benefit from a tad more exercise, but his sweet personality is up for any adventures.

Contact Midwest Boston Terrier Rescue to meet Pucci today!

About the Adoption Group

Midwest Boston Terrier Rescue is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization that rescues and places Boston Terriers. MWBTR does not place their dogs in a shelter – rescued Boston Terriers are fostered with volunteers until they’re adopted. They spay and neuter any dogs in the program and educate any potential adoptees. An increase in the amount of Boston Terriers adopted since 2004 prompted this group to specialize in the breed, which takes in 10+ animals a week.
