After paying your veterinarian for your pet's treatment, simply send us the clinic invoice along with our one-page claim form via email
, fax: 888-228-4129, or snail mail. We'll be on the case, moving quickly to reimburse you. We simply take your covered charges and multiply it by your reimbursement level and then apply your annual deductible.
For it to be a good consumer value,
pet insurance should reimburse you based on your actual bill. Be careful of companies that use benefit schedules or hidden terms, like usual and customary fees, that reduce your reimbursement percentage and amount. And if you have any questions, call us. We want you to be confident that you're committing to a plan you can trust to protect your pet and your finances.
Our customer care commitment
We reimburse you for your pet insurance claims as quickly as possible. Our goal is to approve repeat claims in 72 hours or less. First-time claims may take a little longer, between five to ten business days, depending on how quickly your vet clinic provides us with the records we need to complete the claim process. And if you ever have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us

Since this was your first claim, your full annual deductible was applied. Future claims will have higher reimbursements because your deductible will have been met.
