After paying your veterinarian for your pet's treatment, simply send us the clinic invoice along with our one-page claim form via
email, fax: 888-228-4129, or snail mail. We'll be on the case, moving quickly to reimburse you. We simply take your covered charges and multiply it by your reimbursement level and then apply your annual deductible.
We reimburse you for your pet insurance claims as quickly as possible. Our goal is to approve repeat claims in 72 hours or less. First-time claims may take a little longer, between five to ten business days, depending on how quickly your vet clinic provides us with the records we need to complete the claim process.
