“My name is T-Bone and I am the most lovable Rottweiler mix around. I’ve been here at the shelter since May and I’m ready to find my new Forever Family.”
T-Bone is a 10-year-old Rottweiler in search of a family who will fill his days with back scratches and belly rubs. He is a pretty relaxed fella who loves everyone he meets, and at 97 pounds, this big boy will need a family committed to healthy living – walks, a special diet and lots of love!
T-Bone is a little set in his ways, as older gents tend to be; he’s not a fan of cats and will need to be the dominant canine of the house. T-Bone has met and enjoyed the company of other dogs with calm, submissive personalities. Because of this, a meet-and-greet is required with the resident canines of any potential adopters.
T-Bone has some medical issues that need some TLC: he’s on medication for his thyroid and a slight incontinence issue, as well as an anti-inflammatory for his arthritis. He also needs to lose a couple pounds, so gentle, daily exercise is important. The Everett Animal Shelter (WA) requests that before considering adoption, please be sure you are financially able to keep up with T-Bone’s medical needs including future vet appointments.
He enjoys family walks and time outside, and is ready to snooze at your feet and cuddle up on cold nights. He’s great with people, and would love to have a bustling, warm home around him. Come visit T-Bone at the Everett Animal Shelter, and keep an eye out for his television debut on Q13 Fox!
