Why Not Me? Meet Charlotte!
We’ve partnered with Pawsitive Alliance for the #WhyNotMePets campaign to give difficult-to-home pets an extra paw up. These lovable pets are ready to find their forever homes.
Breed: Domestic Short Hair
Age/Gender/Size: 4 years old / Spayed Female / Small
Likes: Playing fetch and warm, open laps
Special Considerations: Sensitive to loud noises and surprises
Meet Charlotte, a talkative gal who is ready to steal your heart away! This beautiful bundle of orange fur currently calls the Seattle Area Feline Rescue “home”, but is in search of a family to call her very own.
Charlotte is sure to brighten your day with her playful cat-itude and beautiful expression.
She loves to be the center of attention, and will jump up into the closest lap that is unoccupied! Charlotte will ensure that you are never lonely, for she loves to be in the same room as her humans.
This pretty little lady considers herself quite the foodie — her very favorite yummies are tuna juice and chunky wet food. Charlotte likes her kibble as well, but does prefer the latter! She also has a wide variety of chirps and meows that she proudly exclaims to all those wanting to partake in a meow-ningful conversation. Be ready to stock up on kitty-inspired rattle balls and fuzzy mouseys, as one of Charlotte’s favorite activities is playing fetch with her humans!
A quiet home with cat-savvy pet parents will make for a smooth transition and provide Charlotte with a genuine sense of security. As she is easily startled by loud noises and sudden surprises, Charlotte takes medication to help ease anxiety in times of need (such as the upcoming 4th of July holiday!).
Like all of the kitties at Seattle Area Feline Rescue, Charlotte is spayed, microchipped, FVRCP vaccinated, and comes with a free post-adoption vet examination.
Be sure to reach out to the Seattle Area Feline Rescue for even more information about sweet Charlotte. She would love to meet you! To learn more about Charlotte and the adoption process, as well as view a list of all available kitties at the rescue (updated in real time), you can visit https://www.seattleareafelinerescue.org/adopt/adoptable-pets/, or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Remember, when you choose to adopt, you are not just saving that pet’s life but you’re also making it possible to save another life by making room at the shelter/rescue!
