So how do they do it? Every year, their team of vets analyzes all sorts of data, including ratings and reviews from the Better Business Bureau, Yelp, and Consumer Reports in addition to several pet insurance review websites, to rate insurance providers on a fifty-point scale. For 2016, they chose Healthy Paws as the top provider based on best overall value, protection, and reliability; plus a special hat tip was given to our non-profit foundation that provides aid to rescue and adoption groups.

Pet Insurance U tapped into the customer base who rated Healthy Paws highest for the fourth year in a row, focusing on the fast claim approval process, high quality customer support, as well as a whopping 98% in customer satisfaction.
